School Social Worker Certification

The School Social Worker Credential is issued by the NYS Education Department-Office of Teaching Initiatives.

In the sequence of drop down boxes select the following options:

1. Administration and Pupil Personnel Services
2. Social Work
3. Pre-K – 12 All Grades
4. School Social Worker

Select the option for either Provisional Certificate OR
Permanent Certificate
