Purpose: The presentation is designed to share information on all the moving parts of the 2015 transition to managed care: the population being served, who is providing those services, access to services, integration of Behavioral Health/Physical Health and the role of DSRIP. 

Target audience: We are encouraging the diverse providers and organizations who serve this population to attend and share their concerns and questions.

This informative session will provide an overview of managed care principles, BHO Phase I outcomes as it relates to DSRIP and practical steps organizations can focus on as NY transitions to a fully managed care system in 2015.
