Meet Your New NASW-NYS So. Tier Division Director

My name is Carmela Pirich.  I am the new division director for the Southern Tier.  I have been a social worker for more than 15 years and have worked in substance abuse treatment, mental health treatment, administration and as an adjunct professor in the school of social work at Binghamton University.
