Nassau Division Professional Mentorship Group

The Nassau division has created a new professional mentorship group to engage recent graduates and experienced social work professionals in exploring and addressing some of the challenges confronting the profession. Participants in the group will identify current pressing issues facing them and ways that the Nassau Division can best support our young professionals and best utilize the expertise of our seasoned/retired social workers. Our goal is to provide a venue for mutual exchange, learning and support among members of the profession at diverse experiential levels. Beginning November 3rd meetings are held the first Thursday of the month.
