Meetings Hudson Valley Steering Committee The Hudson Valley Division covers nine counties - Delaware, Greene, Sullivan, Ulster, Orange, Rockland, Columbia, Dutchess and Putnam. Therefore it is very difficult for the steering committee to meet in person all of the time. The division frequently uses conference calls to discuss and plan upcoming events. There will be a scheduled conference call the second Tuesday of each month (except where noted) from September 2011 - June 2012 at 8:00 o’clock PM. Everyone is welcome to participate in the meeting.
